Why do they trade away all draft picks year after year. They traded our entire draft stack this year for someone with 0 disposals, 1 tackle and 1 hitouut.

Seriously, we need some sort of inquest in our AFLW operations just as much as the men do.

Hopefully this forces them to relook at everything.

But it cannot just be the coach, we have to rethink our entire list.

To many players that are on the list because they are athletic or fast or skilled, but they cannot find their own ball if things don't go well.

We have a handful of primary ball winners, and if they get beaten, we just don't get the ball.

I noticed it last week and this week. there is no purpose with our ball movement.
Constant hack kicks forward, our girls don't run and carry until it's WAY too late.
No Vision coming out of defence, and none when entering f50 either.

100% has to be on the coaching, (and on admin for letting this go on for so damn long).

We must practice missing tackles, they couldn't be this good at it otherwise.
And to show us how good they are, they make sure to be second to the ball to get lots of missed tackles in.
