The improvement on Lackfer this season has been crazy. She's a weapon, that kick to Painter for the goal, plus she's just so fast and agile now.

Something really clicked for her like a month ago. She's been incredible. As has been Cleaver all year, as has Roux in her move to the backline, without knowing anything about her you'd think she was a rough as guts backman, but she's really a forward, lol

Thought Bella really set the tone early. Was in it all, hunting, attacking, leading by example. The Captaincy seems to sit well with her.

All round great performance. Not sweating the lack of kicking away in the last. Cats piled them on in the 4th last week and looked revved up to all f*ck to do the same tonight. Girls played out of their skins to weather the storm.

Did Robbo slot one a second after the final siren? 🤣

Rentsch and Roux are huge for the squad, just complete wrecking balls that hit everything hard and cause complete mayhem for the oppo.

Love that Zakfer has settled and found confidence in her role and knowing she can play at the level. Tonight showed she has some serious steel in her too.

Luuush is a weapon. Riggs is going to destroy teams.

Ella just doing Ella things.

Yeah she’s definitely gotten a lot fitter, probably helps to be an extra year removed from the ACL surgery. She was always regarded as a really good prospect. I am maybe more impressed by her sister, who wasn’t really talked about as AFLW level. She has really found a role that suits her down back.

ZAckfer is well regarded round these parts mate, she's got that DAAWG in her down back and I'm ****ing here for it.

Yep, different players mature at different rates. Lackfer has her injury worries early, plus talls always take a little extra time. I always thought Zackfer was a good pick, I said so when we drafted her, I'd seen her a bit in the WAFLW and been impressed. But Lauren's finally fulfilling that junior promise after looking a little lost for a while, and it's awesome to see.

Daisy and co have turned this whole program around. What a season so far. Would love for them to earn themselves a final spot.

How young most of the best players are is a great sign that this team will just keep improving as well.
You can just see even during half time addresses how much they play for her.

We are so far removed from Prior spudding it up it’s actually an interesting reflection when you think about how it used to be.

Great game to be at live
I love Leederville Oval - much better facilities and I have personal fond memories

Roxy in defence is an inspired move

Cleaver and Wakfer down back were great again

Painter and Rentsch are a breath of fresh air

Riggs will be a match winner soon

Lots of great performances tonight. Good to put Geelong in their place

We need to win 1 of Carlton or Swans and I have absolute faith that Daisy will have them primed. She is a massive infusion at the club

Dunno if it's been mentioned but I thought Swannys job on Prespakis tonight was outstanding.
Just came here to mention that, she kept one of the comp’s best players pretty quiet and also managed to gather 19 disposals and a goal. Thought Swanny had a mare last week with a few really poor errors but she made up for it tonight.

Incredibly professional effort in a get serious, must win game.

Gained a vital four points and a crucial eight percent which could well be the difference. Bloody proud of this group, going from what they were in the before times, to almost a new year one last season, and now in year two just bang bang bang.

Last three home games: Biggest win ever against GWS, then our new biggest win ever against Collingwood. Tonight, our fourth largest win ever. A group that is serious about making something of this year.
