He's actually the son of a guy I used to work with, who played for South, as did his lad before being drafted.

Sadly suffered an aneurism, and whilst he recovered, was never the same person afterwards. Slow, slurred speech, impaired co-ordination, very quiet.
Nice guy. Really sad for him, but at least he gets joy watching his boy run around with the Tingles.
