Of course the VFL umpires had to inject themselves (haha get it cause it's Essington) in the game late.
Not saying they didn't deserve it, but for their inaccuracy the game would've been over at 3 quarter time.

Rachele should get 3 votes for the Bombers, dropping an uncont mark and missed kick at goal sealed it for them

That play in the middle of the ground where the crows were out and Rachelle received it , had plenty time and runners either side but just turned quickly and tried spearing a 30 m pass to a leading pack of players was an absolutely diabolical decision

The squiggle which by no means is a perfect measure but there's not a huge amount of other ladder predictors I'm familiar with currently has a top 8 that looks like:

1. Geelong
2. GWS
3. Port
4. Melbourne
5. Carlton
6. Sydney
7. Brisbane
8. Fremantle

There's a distinct lack of big Victorian clubs in that lot. That would be a horrific line up for the AFLs back pocket.
