Plenty of Eagles hit the scoreboard with Malakai Champion, Jack Petruccelle and Coen Livingstone all booting three goals.

I know this post may seem like I'm taking the piss, but I am actually very appreciative of all the info you're giving us. :thumbsu:

ROYAL EAGLE expanding and diversifying his scope and subject matter with his talent identification, expecting some more detailed critiques of his subject of interest, accompanying pictures would also be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance. :thumbsu: ;)

They only play 18 games. Every team plays each other twice.
If the AFL tipped money into second tier comps they might go back to a 20-21 game season.
It doesn't impact the eagles as all the trial games started with round one of the AFL season so all Eagles players can get match practice.
Anyway the season starts next week so vision and stats will start for those that can't bother to attend.
With no AFL games televised on saturdays (except Eagles and Dockers) their will be some Wafl saturday night games on 7mate and hopefully a few more people will go to a WAFL game on saturday but i doubt it
The quality of the 2 preseason games I've had the privilige to watch has been awsome .
Yeah we have no yeo sparks or lucassen today so 3 very good ins for us too
These are noticeable outs that were awsome against Peel .

Brilliant to hear our listed players dominating.
That's the way it should be.
They were a bit better , I wouldnt say dominate , Swans were within 2 scoring shots all game .Tom Gross dominated with a huge upside cos he is young , green and yet to build that hard afl body

What I like about Gross is his attitude and mindset. Got the Toby Greene swagger/cockiness thing going and the Joel Selwood competitiveness/brutality. Both much needed at WC
His host dad said last week he is Ballantyne personality and loves a scrap .

Hopefully it was a talking and teaching point at training this week and we see it unfold in the Derby.

Under Simpson we became so embarrassingly flaccid, so it would be nice to see some fighting spirit and sticking up for the team mates, become the norm under Mini at all levels.

The last few years we have become a team that has lost any semblance of a hard edge and that needs to change.
Flaccid as in Soft ***** !!

Anyone able to tell us how Hall went?
Ok . Tried to fend off , didnt work , kick was smothered he battles without the class . Gross has better smarts for example some of Gross's disposals ( he had more than 30 ) are flour baggy which an inside hard working mid is forgiven because he exhausts and leaves nothing . Grecco keeps his feet has footy smarts takes a good grab , incredible courage , he was seiously quicker than his opponents as well .
Other notable players for me were Brock ( blistering pace to pressure , spoil or link up ) his power in his kicking is a weapon . Shanahan was the only big forward apart from a resting ruck and was better this week than last imo .
Malakai has the smarts and the pace pace did good things , maybe needs a bigger tank so can get involved in more contests

Big statement on Shanahan as Free folks there were very taken by him. How was Bazzo today?

Bazzo looks leaner , fitter , I wasnt that invested in him because Brock was playing well and Barnett had a good tussle with their biggest ff guy who only played half a game and sat in the goalsquare . In 2nd Qtr Barney must have been told to run off him cos Barneys best 1/4 was that 2nd one .

How did you manage to end up there at the same? Do you spend a lot of time there? Personally I've only been there once lmao.

I remember this now. She took a side trip to Rotto after visiting her home in Marysville, Victoria.

How many of these K-pop people aren't actually form Korea?

Rose from Blackpink is also from Melbourne, Lisa from Thailand, etc...

Just saying I only know this as my wife's Thai and loves Lisa, for anyone wondering.

My uncle lived there for a long time as policer officer and as kids we became really good friends with his neighbours, they became like family
We stay with once a year with them
We where at the rotto pub last year and Lily sat next to us and we had a conversation
Pretty amazing a aussie singer is so famous overseas and not many people know of her here in Australia
She is considered one of the best young vocalists in the world at 22

Perhaps 10-20% at most.
Rose was born in NZ, although she grew up in Melbourne, she never got Australian citizenship apparently.

That's insane...
That's like 1/365 chance of this happening.

Lily is hilarious. She's says some crazy things on her live streams.

Anyways...back to WAFL chat lol.

Hope Kyal Horsley does another write up for the WAFL game this week.
Mini better give the kids equal consideration for selection.
Either way I'm very excited about last year & 2023's draft crop

Got to say i thought Petch was one of WCE best.
He had a specific role was told to keep his width and play only the side he was on
WCE was trying to spread the field so there was space to run and it worked really well
Each goal he would swap position from right flank to left flank even once as CHF
So it meant he didnt see a lot of footy but every time he touched it some thing good happens

You know your WAFL pretty well RE strong black ducks side ?

Yes seems full strength to me

Are we being facetious? That Swan Districts side is practically their reserves...

These players were missing:
Connor Blakely - 64 games
Tony Stephens - 88 games
Brandon Erceg - 72 games
Lewis Tester - 22 games (21 in 2024)
Jesse Turner - 156 games
Tony Notte - 311 games
Jackson McLachlan - 35 games (20 in 2024)
Nathan Blakely - 109 games
Bryce Watson - 23 games (21 in 2024)
Will Collins - 45 games
Joshua Cipro - 95 games
Jake Pasini - 21 games (20 in 2024)
Zane Trew - 44 games
Aidan Clarke - 84 games
Brad Lynch - 29 games (21 in 2024)

I think we should temper our reaction to a 12 point win.

Pretty sure we're now favourites for the WAFL, AFL and AFLW premiership after today's win mate.
