Ryan + second round pick for their first would be a good outcome. There should be a few good players available in that range like Cumming, Grlj and Schubert.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we made a play for Bobby Hill. We’re going to have a huge hole with Ryan gone, Cripps on his last legs and Owies incompetent, and a hilarious amount of salary cap to throw around.

I’d be pretty surprised if Hill doesn’t end up back in WA if the rumours about his kids being moved back here are true.

I can see Ryan's career falling off a cliff really quickly. 2 years max before his already inconsistent effort and output starts to diminish.

Us giving him 3 years would show we've learnt nothing from the last 5.

Im guessing Ryan is looking at the amount he earns over the next 3-4 years in comparing the 2 clubs offers.
So WC offers him a 2 year deal at an amount close to what Saints are offering over their 3. Make it conditional on form, performance etc & give a trigger for a 3rd and 4th year.

Spent some time as sub late in the year. Has had alot of noise about him moving on and we don’t think Macrae and Steele can play midfield together.

Collard isnt the one for us, he may be talented but he plays a position we have depth in, and we dont need the pick that would have to come along with him.

Hes not an A-grader
But yes id be keen, but no ****ing way offer him 900k over 6 years lmfao.
600-700k over 5 or 6 with triggers that could get him to 800 or 900k sure.

He projects as a solid B grader long term.
