We should install tri-captains in Baker, Waterman & Duggan.
Or if we're feeling especially funky, how about Ginbey in there for quad-captains?

Duggan was voted captain by the players wasn't he? The majority group clearly rate him as a leader in some aspect. We're not demoting Liam unless he actively wants to or the group has done a massive 180.

He'll be there next year, whether it's a solo cause or with Baker or Waterman or whoever remains to be seen.
