Went to 07, 09, 11 and 22.
Been to 4 seen us win 4.
Looks like I’ve missed out this year.
Shit happens. Can’t be greedy. Ill Watch at home with my son.

My first one was in 2008 . Then I went to 2009, and when we were behind at every change, I thought I was a jinx. That was the most stressful game I've been to.

I also went to 2011 and 2022. I've been lucky to see us win three.

I keep getting a message saying ‘This was unexpected, please try again later’

I had the same, deleted and reinstalled and it got rid of that message but no ticket in there yet

So, I stuffed up and didn’t put funds in the right account. I’m a social club member and therefore have priority 1 for the GF.

No money was taken out of my account yesterday, and I put ample funds in about 10 hours ago and still nothing has been taken out. The added difficulty is that I’m currently in the UK and not reliably receiving Australian text messages.

I’ve emailed ticketek and cats membership team, but so far no response. Can anyone enlighten me as to whether or not ticketek will automatically attempt to take funds out again or if I have to do something else?

High key freaking out here.

The dining packages are on sale now.
Wouldn’t stress about queues at 2pm.
It’s only on sale for cats and lions gold, there’s plenty of seats to go around.
You can handpick your seat as I did in 2022.

Had restricted in 09. The worst seats in the house. So bad that I left the seats and went into standing room.
Right up the back, level 4 right next to the screen. Literally could not see half of the ground.

09 was so intense. Horrific day too. Cold and wet.
07 prelim and 22 QF also incredibly stressful. I could barely watch the last few minutes of the QF.

In 22 my father in law had an issue where his credit card got hacked so he obviously locked the card, forgetting about the ballot. Got tickets in the ballot but obviously the card was declined. He was able to get it sorted and get the tickets by contacting the club. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat. I have 4 priority 1 (guaranteed) tickets in the ballot, but I haven't received any notifications from Ticketek via text or email. I did get a message from Ticketek yesterday saying, "Please ensure you have funds on your nominated card as the ballot will be processed today."

I didn't get any failed transaction notifications from the bank (ING)

Very much freaking out as there is nobody to contact at the club or Ticketek today!!

I'd think that if they have done the back of level 4, the ballot is more than likely over. Still holding out a glimor of hope but that's about it. Pissed off to miss out.

Hopefully the club comes to their senses and changes the priority system to be a little fairer. A 3 game membership shouldn't give the same finals access as a home and away membership.
The 3 game membership is great for numbers but it's a long way off a traditional membership.

It depended on the type is 3 game membership someone had as to what priority type they were for the ballot -

PRIORITY TWO – BALLOT
Membership Types - Home, Home & Away, Corporate, Interstate, Flexi, 3 Game Reserved Seat, 3 Game 1859


PRIORITY THREE – BALLOT
Membership Types - 3 Game General Admission, Flexi 4, Auskick, AFL Barwon, Melbourne Flexi, Cats Corner, MCC, Flexi 2, AFL Club Support



As a 3-game member you had to upgrade to being a reserved seat member, essentially nominating the 3 games you'd be able to attend

If you were just a GA 3 game member, you were P3 for the ballot

Is it possible that Brisbane won't fill their allocation? I'm thinking the fact they won last year + the travel, and that they got well beaten in the QF might have made people less likely to have registered for the ballot? Wonder if we'll get more tickets allocated?

Also I'm pretty sure I saw P3 singles get allocated in 2022, but so far there's P2 singles that haven't got tickets yet. So maybe they're still processing? Holding out slim hope that's the case
