Think its a bit unfair to be comparing Ashcroft brothers to the Daicos bros at this stage. The Daicos brothers have played a combined 200 games, with Ashcroft brothers played a combined under 50 games. I think it is fairly obvious that the Daicos brothers are better that the Ashcroft's at this stage. The Ashcroft's will definitly make up ground with more games played, whether they reach the likes of N.Daicos is up for debate as he is clearly a generational talent that is one of the best players in the comp, if not already so. I also think there are some underrating WAshcroft due to the most recent game he played against Collingwood - this was one of his very rare games played where he didn't do well. 1 poor game doesn't define his ability. I am just glad we have a set of brothers that could potentially rival the Daicos's (Looking forward to seeing Levi's career and how he turns out once he starts improving).

Ashcroft is a great player, but Nick would honestly be best on ground every match if he had the same amount of leeway Ashcroft currently has.

Daicos is more of an athlete but Ashcroft is smarter. Really happy with how he's coming along after doing his ACL. His reactions is so bloody good !

I would take Rowell, Cameron, Bontempelli, Andrews and Taylor over Daicos in a heartbeat, at least for the 2026 season.

Daicos is a great runner and a better pure kick than Ashcroft. Ashcroft can win the tough ball and has way better skills/awareness in traffic.

Completely different players. The hype Daicos receives is nauseating however.
