If this JUH rumour is accurate and we’re interested, I assume the dogs would give him to us for free after the rogering they gave us in the Daniel trade…
I'm going to say what we're all thinking, walk him to the PSD.

There has to be red flags on Hustwaite given the numbers he puts up at VFL level and they still won't play him even when Day got hurt.

Serong's another one that they don't seem to want to play even though he kills it at VFL level. Rather than play him, they go recruiting from other teams.
In his draft year agility, clean hands, vision, composure, decision making and disposal efficiency were seen as strengths.
Lack of speed and hurt factor were weaknesses. He went at 73% by foot and 62% by hand in his draft year.

Looks like his DE this year has been all over the shop. Maybe he's been a clearance and hack kick it forward mid?
AFL - 84.2%, 75%, 66.7%, 25%
VFL - 91.3%, 86.7%, 85%, 81.8%, 71.4%, 65.6%, 63.2%, 62.5%, 62.2%, 60%, 53.8%, 57.9%, 57.1%, 38.7%

What I saw of him I wasn't as impressed as say a Maginness or Butler type who looked a bit more dynamic.
I think list spots are pretty tight, so adding HH might only make sense if we lose a few of Phillips, Powell and Simpkin.

There goes any hope we have getting pick 6.
They could trade Flanders for Petracca and there's the TDK compo pick we could look at as well.
I always though pick 13 makes the most sense for us on points for 20 & 21, which gives GC a small points gain.
To get pick 6, we'd have to add more (like 39 or extra picks from player trades and/or a F3 or F2).
That wouldn't make much sense to trade out pick 3 and then trade up all the way to 6, but it is Rawling in charge.
It may be we only plan on taking two picks in this draft (higher pick and later pick) and plan to upgrade a rookie.
But I'm okay if we sit with 20 & 21 and get two kids in the top 25 available to us.

If juh is true then would expect it to be a salary dump. Club should only offer a 1 year with a trigger for a 2nd if he meets the set expectations.

On the one hand jamarra is exactly like the key forward we need being able to take a strong contested mark however we all know the massive risk he brings. We got rid of thomas for similar will be a big gamble

More like to be Brady all in, trades two future firsts.

How would Cats get Curnow? Late R1 picks wouldn't be all that attractive to the Blues.
Be funny if they gave up Sam De Koning to Blues lol.

Jedi mind trick?

Big yes to JUH on a last chance deal. Too much potential there.
If he can guarantee Clarko and Viney that he's past his off field issues then im all in.

Resigning CCJ is like not willing to let go of the sunk cost that we never needed to pay to get him in the first place. It's like trying to justify keeping him on the list due to what he cost us.

Sunk cost fallacy at its best
