Ryan has never been a big goal kicker either. Only averages around 1.2 a game

Now they release the results in the middle of the trade period where punters are inundated with “trade news”.

If that was any other club they’d cop far larger fines and there would draft or salary cap impacts.

Both Carlton and Adelaide got caught out with non disclosure of 3rd party payments. Both got fines in excess of 200k, plus they lost 1st and 2nd round draft picks.

The 'administrative errors' line just screams that the AFL don't want their poster child in the wrong. Even though everyone knowing their dealings are dodgy as all ****.

We disagree on a lot on here.

But bugger me we've been joking not joking about Geelong's "curious" player movements for years and there's the proof.

I'd wager every poster on this site excepting Geelong would like to see them nailed to the wall for it.

Instead they cop a trivial fine akin to what they should've got for submitting their player numbers a few weeks late.

Hopefully another club with gravitas takes umbrage and doesn't let this lie.
