I see Indhi Kirk son of Brett has joined the Perth Demons in the Wafl what’s he like as a player guys?.
Started off very slowly, with not much to suggest in his first year with us that he would make it. However made good improvement from the middle of 2025. He was quite neat with his disposal by foot and started to find the ball a bit more, playing off HB and wing. I think he'll go well in the WAFL.

Heard him speak in Melbourne and he said in hindsight he wish he never left. So do I.

I still consider him a Swan for life, tough as nails, played with his heart on his sleeve as well.

Just be careful, I nearly marked this video as NSFW as I found it a bit too entertaining to watch.

15 minutes of Adam Goodes career highlights.

Absolutely sensational, incredible player and an even better person.

How. Good. Was. That?!?!!!!

What an athlete! What a footballer! What a human!

Loved watching him sell candy to Tom Harley, and also to Michael Hurley.

Hanners is close to my favourite ever Swan.

Wish he had retired one of us.
Loved Hanners. Was right up there as a favourite of mine alongside JPK & Goodes.

I loved his heart and determination, he gave absolutely everything. There's no secret why he was smashed in all of our grand finals 2012, 2014 & 2016. He never would have taken a backwards step, and opposition coaches would have surely instructed their players to take him out if given the opportunity.

It was such a shame how 2016 ruined his career. Would have finished a one club player and possibly a 3x premiership winner.

The 2012 grand final when he took that mark while being crushed by Hale and of course that goal in the 4th quarter.

**** I loved Hanners.
They were two huge moments. That goal was absolutely clutch, and I felt what followed was a direct flow on effect from him kicking that goal. Felt it put the wind in our sails.

And he was only 21 at the time.

I was sitting near where that goal happened (talk about the best pocket for the grand final).

You could actually hear Jetta get crunched.

Jetta was a far tougher footballer than people gave him credit for.

Hhhmmm as an off season thing, maybe we could organise a 2012 grand final rewatch

It's sometimes easy to forget just how good he was until you see highlights like this. Literally looked like a grown man playing against under 12s at times.

For sure. One of my all time favourite swans highlights was not just his goal, but the pump up he gave the crowd and his teammates after it, like "come on, we can bury these campaigners"

🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰
He was as graceful as a gazelle, so beautiful to watch. Some of those names around him too, brings a tear to the eye.

I don't know if I'm just scarred by recent GF results or if I'm looking back with rosy retrospection, but I just don't see the heart in today's team that the boys had 10+ years ago ☹️

Thanks for sharing, this is exhilarating. Can you imagine booing someone who played like this? You would basically be declaring you hate football.

PS how many left foot screw kick goals did he score? Amazing!

Yup. Loved that. Such a team lifter (both the goal and the show of confidence). It's character like that that I feel is sadly missing in the current swans team.

Edit: not to say that it can't be built moving forward.
