A lot of just Dumb Cricket by England batting and bowling.

Really sometime you have to graft. Refused to do so with bat or ball.

But a lot England Bowling today looked like declaration bowling.,

They got away with their first innings by bowling us out even more cheaply and getting a 40 run lead in the process.

The dumbest of their dumb cricket then came by not capitalizing on that lead. I fully expected them to be miles in front by the end of today.

Instead, they imploded. Again.

Don’t think he has done enough to jump the queue

I do have my doubts on guys who can only go at a SR of 40 in Shield. It’s not the be all and end all, making runs is always the most important thing, but I do have reservations on guys that can’t score freely at lower level being able to find scoring options the next level up

Head delivered when it was all to play for, during a time when the batsmen collectively were not in the best of form.

Head took 12 balls more, but **** me it was clutch.

That's the issue I have with BBall. If it comes off great but it's always risky. If it flops "that's just the way we play". It's a psychological get out card and it is in reality as fragile as a deck of cards in a typhoon when it does not come off.

IF they could graft a bit when required they could be a very difficult proposition.

I was thinking the same thing. Will be checking all the front pages tomorrow morning.

I was in England for the 89 series.

I think it was the 4th Test, when Marsh and Taylor batted through the entire first day for 301 runs unbroken.

I bought one of the papers the next day, and the headline on the back page was:
"301-0. And we thought it couldn't get any worse".

They are ruthless towards their cricket team.
