NT isn't a shithole.
I'm sure players would prefer playing at the MCG than TIO stadium.

NT isn't a shithole.
NT is beautiful. What's the message here.
If you try hard and make it at Collingwood, you won't have to travel to this shithole to play an AFL game?
It's a pitty this big chunk only has a population of ~7,000 people.
Mitchell Street in the dry season, plenty to see. Backpacker precinct.NT is beautiful.
I have family in Darwin. Not much to see in the city itself though the national parks are amazing.

I would have thought Tiwi Islands be a good zone to haveNT is beautiful.

Mindell Beach and Parap markets go OK

To be fair I've only been during the wet season and am sweating by the time the plane lands.

"The Barkly Regional Council was established in 2008 and its area covers 7 communities (2 regional towns and 5 remote communities). The Barkly's local government area is over 320,000km², Making it one of the largest local government footprints in Australia. The estimated population of the Barkly Regional council, as stated in the 2021 Census is 6,316."
Smit seems more likely as our future ruck than Steene IMOI know it’s early but do we see any positional changes?
I feel like Parker, TJ, Ryan should spend some time in the midfield.
I know Smit is playing in defence, watching the VFL last year he still has a bit to go maybe the pies see him as a genuine option.
I am sure they would love to play in a local competition and never travel. Yeah right. They are Australian and they play in a national competition. I love the TIO games.I'm sure players would prefer playing at the MCG than TIO stadium.
I don't understand the point you're trying to make.I'm sure players would prefer playing at the MCG than TIO stadium.
This is late because yesterday was pretty hectic.
Training - Day 1.
A mixture of youth and senior players, but the first day 1 that Pendles hasnt made an appearance. Letting his standards slip early haha.
But those that were there:
Senior players:
- Frampton
- Howe
- Mcstay
- Maynard
- Schultz
- Jordy
- Cameron
- Perryman
The others/Youth
- Buller
- DeMattia
- Parker
- Allan
- TJ (rehab)
- Smit
- Steene
- Ryan
- Reef (rehab)
- Sullivan (rehab)
- Cochran
- West
- Hayes
- Howes
Draftees:
- Prindable
- Swadling
- McCarthy
- Anderson
- Saxena
Then a couple other players, Perryman's brother wore 36. With the cap and the number you could easily mistake him for HH, but this lad is more on the skinner side. And someone wearing 38, that looked like a clone of Reef. Turns out that is possibly VFL aspirant, Zavier Maher.
The draftees did half the session as they look to ease them through their first session. Then they re-joined the group at the very end, where they all stood in a circle, arm in arm before heading inside.
It was more a testing day than anything else, a few drills; but nothing where you could get a sense of any change of positions yet.
The senior players mostly did a running session in one group - while the rest did the beep test and shuttle runs; but after that they went inside. But it was nice to see Jordy there on day 1, even though he didn't have to be.
The beep test, Roan Steele was impressive and took it out just ahead of Allan, who too was strong in the test.
The draftees had moments. Swadling demands the ball in a similar way that Nick does, so that's gonna be interesting dynamic hah
Prindable looks clean and seems like a no fuss footballer, will do everything right.
McCarthy, his agility is easily on display; just needs some protein shakes.
I didn't notice Anderson too much, but seems like he would get the most out of himself, in a sullivan type.
Yeah, 2021 draft like Nick would imply he is a 5th year player. No such thing as late. Thank you for your time, effort, observations and words. I always enjoy.
Is it right to assume HH was not required today?
Thanks, Jen, that was a nice little fixThis is late because yesterday was pretty hectic.

The colours are like a cartoon.Have you ever been to Alice Springs?
It's an exceptionally beautiful place and central Australia has to be seen to be believed

I know that it's not his fault. But Brynn Teakle sounds like one of Geoffrey Edelstein wivesLooks like brynn teakle will be trailing for a spot on our vfl list. He’s here along with Josh Browne and Liam Hude
