There is a next to zero chance the ICC issues an arrest warrant against a US President or a member of their administration. It wasn’t until the invasion of Ukraine that Putin became their first person indicted who was from Europe/North America. Netanyahu getting an indictment was the first case of a western leader, and that was required as much as anything to maintain legitimacy given that above.

i think it's becoming clear that those in charge have told both parties that subsidies arent acceptable. It would be a lot more efficient if they merged the two parties and take a similar approach to how china runs its gov't.

It has copped a lot of criticism from the US and it still manages to have dozens of US bases dotted all around europe. If Europe had any backbone, it would spend more on defence and tell the US to get the f... out....

We get a watered down version from the US. The alcoholic secretary of war chastises this country for not spending enough on defence.....talk about humiliation. Maybe it's because I dont drink much these days and i find that I can get through problems without having to escape from reality, but I've never respected the opinions of drunks. well you could argue that russia is threatening it, although you could also argue that if europe and the US kept NATO in its 1990s form as promised, it wouldnt have threatened russia.

I always smile at the cuban missile crisis scenario where the US argued that it was being threatened, while surrounding russia from east, south and west at the same time. I think Americans are not quite cognitively empathetic so are like 4 or 5 year olds.
