She didn't name the ICE agent, but she publicly stated an another incident the ICE agent was involved in and the internet sleuths found out his identity by looking at the records of the other incident.

If the trauma of that incident made him go against their rules for use of deadly force then he was never fit for duty and they need look at their selection process and how they vet the mental state of ICE agents beyond which races of people they hate.

My concern is who in Australia will fight for Australia.

But why would young people fight for a country where the government hates them.
They are priced out of a home and can't have kids until mid 30's if they are lucky due to financial stresses or if get a leg up from parents.

She tried to drive off when the fascist thugs approached her car and tried to forcefully open the door. If I were in her shoes I would have been worried about what they might do should I exit the vehicle. They have no jurisdiction to request she exit the vehicle.

The murderer doesn't draw his weapon until she has already begun trying to drive off. He encircled her car and came around from the front. Considering the goon trying to open the car door on her left would have been the focus of her attention, she was probably unaware the murderer was there until he actually reached for his weapon.

ICE agents do have the jurisdiction to detain someone that person is interfering with their operation, like trying to stop an arrest.

Guys like this have no reason to have access to a gun, clearly untrained and trigger happy.
