Either way the maga narrative of this lady should have complied and deserved what she got has been blown out of the water as clearly laws have been broken. I know chatgpt is just an application and its not accurate to the nuances of the law.

However based on a conversation I had, its being widely reported in Minnesota that not only was the stop illegal, ICE agents dont actually have the authority to even stop her vehicle let alone prevent her from driving away. This is why they are arguing so precisely that she weaponised her vehicle and using the self defence argument which has been blown away by the video showing clearly the office shooting through the side of the car. This is instead of arguing not following legal orders by a person of authority. This would mean ICE would have to argue that the stop was legal and she was given legal orders. They cant do this as ICE does not have this power. So essentially the agent committed murder.

Then they further broke the law by refusing medical assistance. So in other words, ICE really ****ed up. So much so we could see a lot of arrests and jail time for all those agents involved.

Worth remembering that a lot of these ICE agents are just otherwise-unemployable tough guy wannabes.

One shot and a defence lawyer might be able to make a case for a reaction in self defence - but shots 2 and 3 and the position relative to the car at that point make that case all but impossible.
