Look i think if Pav is still in Sydney as CEO i actually think he wouldn't want his kids playing there for the possibility of nepotism and or perception of that. I don't think Pav would want that distraction trying to do his job either.

I think he would happily and rather them return to Freo or go somewhere else and if Freo wanted them through the F/S son he would probably be happier with that.

Not that there will be any less pressure at Freo if those kids do make it to the AFL and play here.

But he won't be internally inside the 4 walls where the kids can go about there business a bit more freely as well.

Its not like they dont have roots in Perth already so if the kids move back to WA at 18 to play for Freo while Pav is still in Sydney i don't think that's an issue.

It will be like returning home surely Pav and his wife have property still here anyway.

Lachy is 32 now and the numbers suggest he is past his peak (obviously a very high one). It doesn't mean he is about to be on the scrapheap, its just that its hard to see how he would be a better player than one of our own best three or four starting inside mids by then, and he can't rotate.

Old man injuries don't tend to get lesser, Freo wouldn't get that player in 2027. Brisbane probably won't even get that player in 2026.

Yes, she's a babe in the most Wayne's World way - but I refer you to the meme of the early 2000s in which it read "no matter how good she looks, there's a man somewhere absolutely sick of her sht" - not to suggest that Jules was involved in pushing Lachie into the arms (to be clean) of another woman - but that how amazing she looks isn't really a factor.

Novelty drives excitement. Neale's one elite skill is getting in and under, then dishing off. It's what he knows.

Maybe one of our current 100 game players could slide into the DMs and help her out in this time of need, and for thirty years thereafter. Maybe someone taller. Have more sons. Have them all play for Freo.
