Think the only thing that keeps Watkins in consideration is his low breakeven.

Pretty tempted to grab a Farrow over Watkins, the DPP would be very handy in a week where I'm looking at fielding 18 or 19 pending the selection of Lindsay.

Currently weighing up the same thing!

I've personally brought in Scerri pas then I have flexibility to trade Petracca to any Defender/Midfielder next week.

I'll take a look at this tomorrow once Sunday teams drop. Can easily swap between Watkins and Farrow.

I realise it's all hypothetical at this stage but my overarching point is I don't want to trade into Watkins if he's a prospect of being dropped in a week or shafted with a crappy role. Think I'd rather take the punt on Farrow.

That being said, hope everyone enjoys another 90 from Watkins.

Will Brodie Debut a concern for Watkins? Wines is back in this week as well?

Concern is Will Brodie can't really play anyway other than inside midfield. So perhaps Watkins goes to half-forward?

Watkins was on 42 points at 3/4 time last week and TOG in the 50/60%'s. Went bananas with high CBAs, high TOG and 53 pts in the last quarter with the game dusted (Essendon gave up essentially and let Port play kick to kick) and Rozee off injured.

Wines (possibly) and Brodie both in this week. Make of that info what you will.

Means I'm playing 4 defenders and 5 forwards on field this week, 19 in total on field. 5 injuries in one week is tough.

Don't love any of the DEF/FWD options this week so upgrading the midfield instead and will just have to wear whatever Blakiston and Grlj put up this week. Thankfully Cook put up a good score last night.

Need to bring in a defender next week so will likely bring in whoever of J. Lindsay, Farrow and B. Allan looks best as a long-term cash generator, then grab a FWD with my other trade.

I was skeptical on Watkins keeping his spot before the Rozee injury. He might get some more games now but I don't think he'll be getting the CBA's and red & black witches hats that helped his score last week. Plus his TOG is in the 60s. It's a no from me.
