Athenian - you write well this is spot on. I'm sure Luke is a great bloke and does his best . However his performance hasn't been good enough to warrant his tenure. Not his fault though ,the individuals who renewed his contract after the 2023 trepidation game made a poor decision.Those that renewed last year when we were ninth were bordering on incompetent.maybe I have been away from Australia too long
or its that Ive been exposed to real professional sports too long but for fcks sake
i cant understand how your average afl and wb supporter is so strong on players and criticism of them
and gives a complete pass to coaches and coaching staff after repeated unacceptable decisions and performance
The truly only thing you can control is who plays in what position and when
here in the land of pro sports where individual players cost more than afl footy teams
Luke Bevo Beveridge would be coaching in the third tier years ago
And there would be huge pressure on the club to rectify this unacceptable situation from the supporter base
Afl is such an amateur pass time like professional wrestling
all players are sausages - coaches make the difference!
and ours isnt a coaches ahole
