Pendles is so calm and what an amazing kick. Sidebottom, Adams, Crisp and Howe were others who changed the game in the end. Their senior leaders really stepped up.

Absolutely - fitness and stamina are what he needs. You can see what he does with limited space already. Just needs to get to more contests and push harder forward (as he is a brilliant kick given a free chance)
The former - no one needs the media scrutiny from another 100plus loss… if we could actually execute a ‘park the bus’ game plan, that would be something of a win in and of itself.
Larkey is constantly double / triple teamed as we are so predictable with only one kpf. Need another genuine option and also another outlet leading up to the logos and a release lead up marking option from kick outs
Offensively he’s great. It’s the half hearted chases and when he doesn’t spoil or go back with the flight that is infuriating. Some of those efforts are embarrassing at times.
I’m reconciled with it. No real stigma associated with it anymore. Everyone understands the league is structured to ensure competitiveness and everyone getting a turn.
It’s our turn now. And we go into it with so much optimism and things genuinely headed the right way.

We are so poor at this. You can now totally open up the angles. But we stay in a lateral line behind the mark every time (Aaron Hall excepted).Our game plan is based around aggressive movement through the corridor but we are so slow at moving the ball forwards.
