You know that photo of the captains they do before the start of every season, one of the above is going to stand out like a queer in the US armed forces.

On a side note, if Sylvia can continue to improve his application to football, both on and off the field, is he a chance to captain this club one day?

He is the closest thing we have to a genuine star, and could become one if he continues to improve his consistency and general game. On top of this, he seems like someone who possesses certain leadership qualities which could be beneficial to the club in the future.

Note: When I say one day, I do not mean next year. At this point, he is not even on the radar given his past indiscretions.

I'd love to see McLean have a massive preseason and come out a lot fitter and see the coaching staff back him in to return to dominant form. I'm putting his crap form down to fitness (because unless your at the club you can't tell if it is fitness or just shitness).

Green doesn't seem to be popular in leadership terms but he would be my first choice.

Moloney seems to lead well but is he up to it as a player?

Voted for Green too - certainly seems to be the consensus choice, I think.

Overall the most consistent player in the bunch IMO, and has shown real leadership this year.
