it started off badly with kok looking stage struck and not being able to spit out an answer and mumbling incoherantly, after that embaressment he was playing catch up and trying too hard to be funny.

then they crossed to john alexander at wimbeldon and there was a 5 second delay with the satellite and ja sounded like he was in a toilet.

then they crossed over to some soccer guy who couldn't hear any questions being asked.

at this point i was cringing and was too embaressed to watch any more. how did the show end up??

How does kok get a gig? He's not funny and he's not even funny to laugh at. When I turn on The Fat and see kok and knob-ends like Jason Stevens I change channels. On the hand if Dr Turf is on, I'll watch it.

Why do they keep having Jason Stevens on ?
He hardly says anything [like Raelene Boyle use to do] and when he does speak he breaks out in a girlie giggle.

The show may not last much longer. It's getting slaughtered in the ratings by Without A Trace and even Big Brother : **** and Arse is smashing it.

IMO The soccer cross was funny. I was dying for that tool box to lose his hair in the goal keeping comp. Plus how good was that kids save against Bresciano? Top stuff.

Yup totally agree the kid should be proud an awesome save against one of the better players Australia has to offer.

110% has been axed

When 110% isn't enough

CHANNEL 7 has axed 110% Tony Squires.

While Seven is promoting Squires as one of the main faces of its Olympic Games coverage, it has pulled the plug on his program after bad ratings.
110% Tony Squires will appear at its regular Wednesday time next week and the next night for a 90-minute finale.

But Squires denied rumours he would not be back on Seven after the Games.

"I'm contracted for three years and I'm discussing other things to do," he said.

Seven recently moved the show to Wednesday night -- against Channel 9's hit Without a Trace.

In the past two weeks, Without a Trace has smashed 110% in ratings. On Wednesday, Without a Trace had a Melbourne audience of 459,569, while 110% had 127,994.

The Panel returning has hurt 110% even further.

Let's face it, the show has been in a downward spiral since it left its Monday night timeslot the ABC.

Squires is okay talent, but the show just hasn't been the same since the ABC moved it to Friday nights, and giving the the panel a new set on Seven didn't mean 'ratings gold' either.

Disappointing, but let's be honest, its ratings have been so low I'm not sure if too many people would notice.
