Nice to see us win tonight, but in a fourth quarter which we totally dominated we kicked 2 goals, 8 behinds, and 2 out on the fulls from potential scoring shots. They kicked nothing, which is a credit to our overall play in the 4th, but our domination produced 20 points from a possible 72. Thank God we weren't playing against a particularly good team.

Bit of a worry isn't it, were we like this last year? Collingwood was and look where they ended up.

Talking of Collingwood, how's their 13.21 (99) vs Sydney 14.9 (93). Makes our inaccuracy seem a tad more acceptable.

Whilst I agree that the accuracy is an issue, let's not forget that the ball was a bit heavy and Mellington, one of he 'culprits' is very green. In addition, we're talking about the 4th quarter when we have been forced to use the sub earlier than usual and we are another player down through injury. Given these factors, plus the fact that we had a few in who were returning from injury, adds weight to the argument that we would have been fatigued.

This has been an issue whole season. We don't score much at all and that is always a worry.

Lloyds could organise their brother to come in few times and work with our forwards. He is still the best kick at goal I have ever seen.

This. Surely we could offer him a very lucrative deal if we thought it would assist our accuracy? iirc this subject was brought up in one of the interviews with one of our Lloyds. I can't quite remember the response, i think it was something like Lloyd is pursuing more lucrative business outside AFL. Does anyone remember that interview?

Well in Jako's post game interview with Fyfe he said something along the line of the club is addressing the issue and will continue to do so as it is a long term process. Btw how tall did Fyfe look compared to Jako? Jako is what, 192cm? Fyfe actually looked taller, or maybe Jako was slouching? Exciting nonetheless that he has grown so much from his original 186cm.

Agreed, how was his outmarking Luenberger on the wing and Luenberger turns around with this WTF expression. Gold.
