I don't think he'll net us a top 20 or even top 30 pick. So I wouldn't trade him because I think he holds more value to us than whatever we get in a trade for him.

I’m not Wright’s biggest fan, and not sure he suits the modern game - but there’s no point trading him for pick 60. He’s better than that - was just woefully out of form for the last few weeks he played, including at least 1 in the wet.

We’d be better off keeping him as it’s an area we lack depth in than trading him for genuinely nothing.

He is a beautiful kick of the footy, he just doesn't have that killer instinct.

I always felt he was never going to be a great #1 KPF but would do better in a set up where he's got the 2nd best defender. I don't think our foward line is good enough yet to facilitate that.

Gets one years grace on the back of his shoulder injury and possibility he was unsettled by his suspension.

The reality is that he lacked competitiveness and physicality all year. If he can’t lift in those areas then see ya later. I’ll take whatever is on offer.

These traits must become non-negotiables for EFC players - if you can’t handle contact and you aren’t a driven competitor then piss off.

Not sure if he's gettable but Quaynor was thrown up during the last couple of weeks when the media were talking about them going for Trac.

He'd fit our backline nicely.

He's a massive upgrade on Cox who is surely has one season left in him at best, and the coach has openly said he's on the hunt for a key fwd. Also Wright could kick 60 goals playing in a team that moves the ball with speed i50 before all 44 players are in there jamming it up.

Let him be a leading full forward, and leave him a lane to lead in to.

Also I would have fought the suspension further and then given everyone in the media and at the AFL the shits with how much I went on and on about it at every oppurtunity

At his age you need to get past the whole confidence thing and just be able to deliver on a regular basis. The fact he still can’t do that tells me he never will. He just lacks the competitiveness and intestinal fortitude to get it done at the top level.

Yeah I would have liked to see us defend Pete harder, so at least he'd know he has licence from Brad to continue to play with edge. Brad rolling over helped make Pete's edginess impotent.

Before those events, I think he has always been a bad overhead mark, and soft at the contest.

Watching last night's game Chol and 2mp must be brothers from another mother, both are soft, slow and can't mark.
Chol won't last long in the Hawks side judging by the ironic cheers he gets, we need to move past Passive Pete as well.
