Well Bicks fights back & draws level with Bodey. Very open BOG vote with probably the top-7 (down to Edwards) a chance of winning. Also Stinger has closed the gap on Bicks for BTM & it looks a race in 2. Not even this weeks vote could split Dogga & Stiffy as they go neck & neck.

Final votes after Preliminary Final v Collingwood

Congratulations to Sugar for winning the inaugural Big Footy Adelaide Crows' Best Player award (& that's a mouthful). Stinger won the Best Team Man (assisted a little by Bicks suspension). Dogga just managed to hold off Stiffy for Best Rookie (which could have been even more interesting had Ladhams started earlier in the season).

Out of the 17 rounds which the Crows received votes, the umpires agreed with our BOG on 10 occasions, our 2nd best player on 2 occasions & 3rd best player on 3 occasions. Only rounds 15 & 22 where we differed significantly. On 3 occasions the unpires gave votes to a player none of us had in the best 5. Interestingly twice this involved McLeod (which is why he will be a good bet next year!)

I will be more interested to see how the voting compares to the club championship award, as that usually has more credible votes.
