Two of our first three picks last year were KPP and Travis might play anywhere down the spine in the future. Can't we put a time limit on selections?

Those people holding us up are not being fair to those who have been waiting patiently to contribute to this.

My view is if they don't put up their pick within 30 mins of the previous selection or have someone do it for them, then their selection is at the discretion of a moderator or neutral observer.

Bring back Live Phantom drafts!

its frustrating that people (like me) like have to wait around for a person to pick, when i could be doing something else. i dont have a problem with doing it but would much prefer it if people put the time in like i have.

I agree with TOA i have sat around waiting for too long for other people.Agree with the Doctor 30 minute limit then it is up to the discretion of a moderator or neutral observer.

Between 9am in each timezone (ie. Melbourne time, but only relevent for West Coast at 12 noon AEDST, and so on for each different club rep not based in Vic/NSW/Tas), and until 5pm, each pick has a 30 minute time limit. If that isn't met, the next person up can pick the previous club's pick as well as their own.

You can leave a list with me, Porthos or someone else from your supporter base if you feel you cannot meet the deadline consistently.

Jon Hiseman sent me a PM earlier today to say that he couldn't be online tonight and to select Ryan Bain at #33 but he's now gone.

I've told him to make the selection in the morning but if time runs out go ahead with the draft, we're happy to be minor players this time round.

Why #@*&%^#@ put yourself in the game if you can't give it the time and
respect that others deserve? Maybe time constraints should have
operated from the start. We haven't even finished round two yet and
this draft is in day four.
Get rid of the non performers. If my club's recruiting officer operates
with this sort of commitment, he would have been out the door long ago.
Can we finish this draft before Burgan's Phantom Draft comes out today
on AFL.com.
