nick carnell- on baller who gets plenty of the ball and is always in and under packs. can go forward and kick some freaky goals. made the last 37 for vic metro

Hmmm
You wouldn't happen to be from the northern suburbs would you

I know nothing about any of these guys.

But, I have heard a few things re Franklin from a few guys at North. Then I saw the quick footage of him last night on TF.

****in hell!!!

He is Wayne Carey!!!

I have some semi-reliable mail that Nev Stibbard has informed the footy department at north that it would be in our best interests to trade whatever for a pick that can get him. He gave the same tip to North when Reevolt was going around in QLD.

Loved the footage of Tambling also.

I should have specified that "whatever" did not and will never include our the little fella.

Plus, who is going to kick the footy to Lance....?

You will need Priority Pick 1 to pick up Franklin. There should be some interesting trades bandied about at trade time.

well if you give us wells for good measure to compensate for the loss we will throw in the highly skilled duncan kellaway as well as our 1st pick.your kicking problem is then solved :D

cheers!

Why, you guys would just have to trade him 2 years later for a pick in the 50's, after he has been around the culture at the RFC.

If we trade draft picks i'll be mighty ****ed off.

Liking this Franklin fella more and more by the day. That footage on TF last night - wow!

Bring him down to Glenferrie thanks.

Thanks Sezzac,
Two other players that played with my son that i thought had amazing potential were; Dean Limbach and Stephen Doyle. Either of them a chance?

Yeah Dean Limbach broke his arm in a practice game for Parade College this year. Great hands, versitile and excellent jump and very good below his knees for his size(from basketball). Though skinny, can take a good mark and presents well. Would have been a very good chance to play Teal Cup as his first game of TAC this year showed plus last years performances. Missed TAC finals last year due to a bad ankle injury.

Will the tac get many players drafted last year between 20-30 came out of it but previous years there has been around 40. whats some opinoins on this year

i think that there will be alot of tac cup players drafted. looking that under 18 championships there are alot of from the tac cup that performed and from the other states there is only a few standouts. looks like a good year for the tac cup

Its Carey!!!

Northbhoy if u wanna see a bloke who is like wayne carey watch RYAN WILLITS, he basically has Wayne Carey on his gurnsey and was called the King by the locals at his junior footy club 2 word on him...........Absolute Freak or Wayne Carey either one

Great guy is Willets.
Carlton supporter too.
Big boy but no Wayne Carey.
Probably more in the Holland mould.
Wayne Carey? Dont make me laugh.... he might have been called the King in his neighbourhood but it stops there.

Neither, would not go to close to Carey at the same age. Should not even be mentioned in the same breath!

I don't think W.Carey was touted as a future champion at 17 , otherwise i don't think Sydney would of gave him away for a slab of VB.

I think you'll find they were scraping around on the floor trying to scrounge some money to pay the phone bill at the time and wouldn't have even known who Carey was. They couldn't get their hands on the Carey and Longmire money fast enough with the administrators beating on their door. Greg Miller mightn't have too many fans, but that's one thing he didn't muck up.

HAMS Doubtful, and why one and not the other?
BURGES Doubtful

Good to hear about Morton signing up with the eagles this week.

Weren't the eagles interested in Burges last year, what are the odds of him going there?

And all the talk about Michael Embley, he's already on the eagles rookie list, but broke his pelvis playing fo swans colts. What are the odds he coulkd come back form that? It sound like a serious injury. And does anyone have any thought on Richardson who captained WA in the under 18's???

Mark LeCras moved up from the WAFL Colts to the Reserves today.

15 Kicks
5 Handballs
9 Marks
2 Tackles
5 Goals
3 Points

i currently go to school with matty seal, he is a good bloke. but he is your typical stupid footy player.....like lloyd. he also acts like a bit of a pussy(always gets hurt over nothing, whinges).
but when i played footy with him a couple of years ago with my school, i noticed he has great skill, and a great pack mark. he isnt overly quick but... he goes for the bulldogs.

Dont think his eligible to be drafted this year, but has any 1 heard of how Sandringham Dragons player Simon Buckley is performing. And if he has a chance of being drafted, good size midfielder.

After just watching the Practise Match between the bulldogs and NT 2 people from NT look good.

Richard Tambling- Midfielder/Forward. Penetrating Kick with good skills

and

Brad Nagashousen- Key Forward. Great set shot for goal and great work ethic.

They look great players

That game was 7 months ago and nagashousen aint even playing footy at the moment hes quite West Adelaide.

Does anyone know of any other daraftees outside of the under 18s.
