Not happy bout the cowboys not playing in melbourne again.
The Storm doesn't have a bye in the last round. No team does.Are they having a Monday night game every week? I sure hope not.
R+B was joking about the Titans, guys. I'm pretty happy with our draw to be honest. 12 home games is reasonable (i'd have preferred 13), but I like the way we finish off the season with 3 home games from 4.
My mantra is get all your away games fears out of the system early in the season. The commonwealth games forcing the Storm to travel for the most part this season was the best thing to happen to us in Season 2006.

For each Round, there will be:
2 matches on Friday night
3 matches on Saturday afternoon/night
2 matches on Sunday afternoon
1 match on Monday night
During Origin time, teams will have 1 bye each.

Terrible for home fans, absolutely fantastic for the TV audience. Hopefully they are spread out evenly (no team gets more than 2 at home).
You are right that it is harder to get out to games on Monday nights.
Flip side is that you only have to endure 3 nights without a game.
A Monday night game every round is the worst idea the NRL have come up with. It is going to be a complete disaster. Who goes to the footy on a Monday night?
TV dollars > gate receipts. Ratings is the game. So the crowd might be down 25%, but you have a new advertising window. $$$$$$$$$
If the NRL would subsidise the home team for loss of attendance, it could be a win-win.

Broncos vs Storm on Anzac Day weekend. I'm there. But I have a question.
There's probably no way of knowing if this game will be the on the Wednesday (25th) or on the following weekend?
The reason I ask is that it makes it difficult for travelling fans. I want to go to this game, but buggered if I'm going to go up on the Wednesday on the off chance that the game will be on then and find out that the actual game is on the Saturday or Sunday.
Having said that if we wait until six weeks before the game (when the schedule of the round is announced), the cheaper flights might be gone and accommodation might be scarce.
Just having a whinge, but a legitimate one I reckon.

That is not a whinge, that is a legitimate gripe that many agree with.
It is a joke, particularly for those that live outside of the area that their team plays.
