Does anybody know or heard or read when next year's fixture comes out? I thought it had usually surfaced by now. Typical AFL. Surely it's not hard to get the thing out straight after the previous seaon finishes.

I think it usually comes out in November.
Im praying we get a good draw this year and also that Collingwood for once dont get a dream draw. Those guys have had such a good run with the draw over the last 3 or 4 seasons..

Sounds ok. The last time we had a "dream draw" we ended up finishing 15th.
Try not to read too much in to the whole thing. Depending on which sides are up and down can change the outlook dramatically.

What a surprise that we play Sydney in Sydney. Have done so for years and the AFL keeps sending us and collingwood there to help them out. Roos can now shut up about favouritism treatment. A good draw (like what has been said) with no injuries should mean finals footy in 2008

We had the toughest draw in 2007, (Herald Sun ranking), so good to see a easier draw for the coming season.
They changes the rules of this fixture even further.
Now each team doesn't have to play each other by Round 15. Apparently some teams are playing in Round 22, as their first game between each other. I don't like that.
