The Fox method is flawed as it only calculates percentage. How do we get the 7 yh hardest draw
We finished the other end of the ladder
Wasnt out percentage bloody awful too

how many brown paper bags were involved i wonderThe inequity of the fixture is a massive integrity issue for fairness in our game. Comparing the Blues fixture to ours you’d think we’d finished top 4 and them bottom 4. They have North and WC twice, Brissy once but a Blues home game, Swans once, Giants once but a Blues home game, zero (!) five-day breaks (Richmond and Essendon are the only clubs with 2 for the season), don’t have to travel for their first 7 games, and a run-in to finish the season that sees them at the MCG for 7 of their last 8 games.
Even the most one-eyed Blues supporter would see this as the cushiest fixture you’ll ever get as a top 4 quality team. Staggering.

That cements top two for them. The inequity of the fixture is a massive integrity issue for fairness in our game. Comparing the Blues fixture to ours you’d think we’d finished top 4 and them bottom 4. As usual complete BS by the AFL
We have to play 4 of last years top 8 TWICE - same as the freaking defending champ Lions and Port who finished Top 4
Whilst teams like the Swans (3), Blues (2), Cats (3), Hawks (3), Giants (3), Bulldogs (2) got kissed on the you know what
No surprise Dees have an easy draw as they finished bottom 6. But f***** hell there’s something seriously wrong with the formula they use for us to get a draw like that. I expected us to finish bottom 4-6 next season even before the draw but that draw is ridiculous for a team finishing 11th ..certainly when you compare against some of the top 8 teamsThey should have to release the draw before the start of draft period so that teams know what they have coming
Especially when dealing with future picks
They just ****ing screw us over every time
Nah Suns will be in the 8 before our gameLast 2 games announced:
Blues @ MCG 7:30 21 Aug (Thursday
Suns @Cararra 7:20 Aug 27 (Wednesday)
So there's teams that might need to do 3 days of training/match-prep only to find out they've booted from the 8![]()
I think they are capped at a certain number of games per week so they’re airing a Sunday arvo game instead of the Thursday prime time slot (where the Sunday game happens to impact on finals).LOL, we are so bad that Ch 7 has opted not to carry that Thursday night game against Carlton.
2 of the 'big 4' are now officially shitter than a Home & Away rerun or whatever crappy movie they decide to air instead![]()
Yeah it makes sense.I think they are capped at a certain number of games per week so they’re airing a Sunday arvo game instead of the Thursday prime time slot (where the Sunday game happens to impact on finals).
