Backs’ - This poll is to choose our last line of defence, that is: BP FB BP only.
Please read the following before submitting you vote as you only have one vote to use so you want to know how this will work before voting.
1. The top 3 (4 in the case of emg) vote getters will make up the positional line on the field.
2. Those not selected will be eligible for other positions on the field, the bench & emergency positions.
3. If you do not think a player fits the position then don’t vote for him in that position/thread as he will get another chance in positions he has, can or will likely play in the future. You can suggest what position you would like to see him nominated for in the thread linked below.
4. Players listed below are the ones that will appear in other threads & those who will only get selected in one position/thread will also be listed (eg: Spencer in the ruck). So those will need to be voted for in that thread or wait until the bench or emergency threads if you feel they don’t warrant a position on the field.
5. The thread will be open for 1 week then we will move onto the next position, so it will proceed as follows:
Back
Half back
Centre
Half forward
Forward
Followers
Bench
Emergencies
The Idea will be to conduct these threads over the next month & then do a similar thing just before the season starts (if this attempt is successful) to see how much we differs from our original nominations.

Feel free to make more suggestions on this thread so we can leave the threads/polls for a discussion on whom & why we chose a player or to put the case of a player nominated in the poll forward for others to consider. We can also nominate how our preferred line would look or who we expect to be selected.
