Not sure if it makes sense to have a thread to cover all specific injuries, but thought could be useful to have a more general thread to cover our overall injury list status.

Basically I'm getting worried about the amount of injuries we have.

I've got it as something like this at the moment, but am sure that other posters will be more informed:

Long Term
LeCras - knee (season)
Nicoski - hamstring (~12 weeks)

Best 22
Masten - cheek/eye? (test?)
Kennedy - inflamed foot tendon (now snapped which is a good thing) (test)
Lynch - hamstring strain (test?)

Scooter - back (available)
Kerr - shoulder (available)

Reserve
Sheppard - foot/ankle? (uncertain)
Dick - knee - ?
McInnes - cork - ?

Edited with information from posts on Sunday 25 March.

The club is keeping its cards close to its chest with our injuries currently

According to this

Shuey, Kennedy and Embley are only being held back for caution. If it was a real game they would of played.

In that order to i think is their respective level of match readiness. Shuey could play and i dont think there would be any adverse effect. Kennedy is borderline in that he can probably play fine but it may cause his injury to worsen or decrease the length of his career etc. Embley i dont think is ready to play at all.

Official site says Lycett injured a knee in Round 1 of the NAB Cup but he's another in the category of "could play this week if he had to but we're not taking any risks".

Gaff has a low grade Adductor tear , that will sideline him for at least a week .

Lynch has a Hamstring strain and will miss the next two NAB Cup games .

Kennedy has an inflamed tendon in his foot , the club is hopeful it will come good but said Kennedy would be able to play through the season will the injury , should the injury continue .

One half of me thinks - great the club is using kid gloves and not risking re-injury for our players - lest we "Mark Harvey" them all.

The other half of me thinks, our club is up there with the best of them in lying about what our players have - so we could be fairly short come round 1

Latest article on the Eagles site says that Gaff injured his groin but could be back next week, along with Shuey, Kennedy and Embley.

Yeah in his press conference Woosha mentions Shuey, gaff and kennedy as possibles only whilst embley as an almost guaranteed. We have a lot of players atm who seem to be iffy for round one but likely to be fit.

Yeah a few of the boys have tweeted similar things. Should be right for Adelaide

Great news everyone! Despite lying limp, face down with his eyes rolled back into his head, Woosha assures us that Mackenzie was just "a bit dazed".

LeCras has a slight strain in his knee as well

St Kilda have always been the worst in the bullshit stakes with injuries - but West Coast are a major challenger.
