Fair enough!
Hey, hows one of our boys doing at Wesley - Bryce Turvey - had a really good 15's carnival this year for Subi.
Looks a talent, will see how he goes moving up into the 1sts side next year most likely.

U18's Exhibition Match this Saturday at Arena Joondalup at 3:00 PM, anyone heard about this? Follows a day of testing and trails.
you would think its against west perth colts? has been for the past few years?
So a composite side from the other colts squads v West Perth Colts?
I wan't to go see Hayden Kennedy play, so I might pop in if I have time.
something like that i think.
havent heard anything about a 1st intake as of yet, but it usually happens around this time with the more bona fide players.
Was done in December.
Scott Jones - East Perth Football Club 20.05.95 201 95
Beau Chatley - East Perth Football Club 03.02.95 193 83
Dylan Loo - Perth Football Club 24.06.95 182 71
Dylan Main - South Fremantle Football Club 02.09.95 189 72
Ben Sokol - South Fremantle Football Club 28.10.95 187 84
Dominic Sheed - Subiaco Football Club 10.04.95 184 82
Sean Fletcher - Swan Districts Football Club 03.08.95 182 83
Blake Acres - West Perth Football Club 07.10.95 186 78
Nick Robertson - West Perth Football Club 03.06.95 187 78
Nah. Couldn't get my hands on the list.
Will post some things later.
Don't forget Shaquille McKenzie.
Teams could do much worse than drafting purely on names.
SHEED and to pull out of testing as his groin was a bit shore and GARSTONE had shin splint soreness and didn't do any testing.Sheed seems to have developed a groin problem while training with Westcoast. /tin foil hat.
Robertson was clear BOG, fast, great reader of the play and his diposal was generally excellent. Him and Sheed are the standouts from WA.
Who was 31 from Black? Was solid build, red hair and a seriously good boot.
Corey BYRNE was number 31
J.Conglio was good in close, likes to go on little runs but his kicking depth is as bad as his hair cut.
Totally agree. What the hell was he thinking with that hair cut, almost as bad as ROBERTSON'S or GRESCOS. Maybe we should start a post on the worst hair cuts for 2013
agree with this. don't often get guys that have the pace and engine package along with his size. the modern day midI'm all in on Robertson this year. His final game for WA in the U18 Championships last year was nothing short of excellent. After seeing him live, the video footage didn't do him justice. He is a very good size, and a pure clearance winner - he just makes it look easy, much like David Mundy. Really looking forward to watching him develop this year.

Grace was his usual self, reads the flight well, and so strong over head. Potentially another Darling.
Chatley was good without being great.
Acres was very calm under pressure, just makes the right decisions.
J.Marsh was solid without being all that impressive, not sure he's a forward though. His brother was watching, Jonathan is taller than him and not as physically well developed at the same age.
J.Jensen was pretty impressive, not seen or at least notices him before.
Moved well and had seriously good hands in close for a big guy.
Robertson wasn't BOG, far from it, that or you are easily pleased.
The concerning/exciting element of Saturdays match, for me, was the fact that the 96 boys looked a level above anything on offer this year.
- Ah Siu was fantastic, a tall running lefty in the mould of Buddy Franklin, has to tighten up his kicking but he flashed some candy and ran past alot of the older boys like they weren't there, a serious talent a long way out.
- Clem Smith was BOG, reads the play exceptionally well, hard as nails over the ball and the Wirrapunda class finish with ball in hand.
- Pickett and Miller Lewis were also exceptional with their run and carry, both boys enjoyed taking the game on and setting up play with creative disposal by foot after some dashing runs.
Acres was pretty good for mine, good size, has that laconic vibe to his play, has time, his kicking is ok, needs to work on it.
Robertson looks a good prospect, he certainly is a competitor in the stoppages, and accelerates away from congestion well. All things club look for nowadays so he'll be in the mix.
The two rucks are average, especially Jones.
