Lukas Webb (186/80) has really impressed me... Getting a monster amount of the pill, a very healthy dose of class (sweet left shoe) and three goals already to his name...

Passes to Paddy for a snausage... Paddy's now clicking into some sort of gear, kicked another in a minute... 2.2 for Big SugarFree :D

Rahul, any chance Webb gets to our second pick?

McCartins hands look great at all levels, his kicking looks alright and he seems to be able to get a bit of space from whoever is on him easily.

Every chance. Billings esque performance today.

Also for those wondering about Webb, he hasn't had the opportunity to play in the midfield at the champs, at school level though he dominates also he is in the scott pendlebury mould and also has a rare vision.

there is no really good goal kicking ruck man in the game and you can't count Roughead.
Nic Nat's best year only netted him a goal a game in 2012.
Cant see how Peter Wright works

509 goals in his first 209 games (before being moved pretty much permanently into the ruck), at 206cm (at a time when 206cm was equivalent to about 210cm today), is how it can work. :thumbsu:

I really don't think we should be drafting Peter Wright, he's a good ruckman that can play as forward occasionally but is not a permanent KPF, he's just too tall and not agile enough in my opinion.

McCartin would be my first choice at the moment, he's a strong FF, bit like Taylor Walker/Tom Hawkins. He's goal kicking can be easily fixed, no need to worry about that.

Hugh Goddard shows a fair bit too, would love to see him play as a forward, looks to have something special.

So Paddy is underdone/heavy but is still getting seperation from his man pretty easily. Pretty good effort I reckon. What's the defender like that he's playing on?

Hopefully he is just underdone or trying to bulk up a bit because his second efforts were almost nonexistent. He just seemed to give up if he didn't clunk the mark or cause the contest to drop at his feet.
