Are there any ideas on who'd be most likely to start as the sub this week?

I need to Bews to at least play round 10. Do you guys think he can at least hold his spot for another week? Does the coach usually give debutants at least another week? I know I'm a Hawk but please be nice, I don't think we will be able to even field a side in a couple weeks.

I think Scott has shown that he will drop 'most' younger players without blinking.

But if Bews goes ok they'll have the ability to keep Guthrie in the middle. At least until Christensen and Caddy are back.
You might get a month out of Bews. Who knows. But I wouldn't rely on him !

after getting a look at Bews for 1 week are the thoughts on him any different form cats fans in general?

Im thinking of bringing him in for Girffiths in RDT. He has maxed out and Bews would become my last bench player. It doesnt looke like too many def rookies will be coming through so this is really for a cash grab that at the same time may make some $$ in case I need another cash grab later.

Is he still likely to play maybe 4 games? is he any chance of playing more. you have a few younger guys in I dont know much about so cant work out if he could hold his spot over some of them when others return.

if I do the trade this week it allows me to do other trades next week, so would really be hoping he gets a 3rd game, would that be a stupid risk to take?

Another question guys, interested in thoughts on enright. He is really cheap right now for what he can do, but he has been patchy at best and not shown a high ceiling this year outside of rd 1.

Are there any considerations with his role, signs of slowing down, etc or would he be a good investment to average around 90 from here on?

i think we've seen what caddy will produce this year. weigh that up against what bundy did last year i guess.

i've strongly considered Enright and still might have him at D6. i don't see that he is necessarily slowing down but he just hasn't put the points on the board like he used to. i'll be waiting till he puts a couple of good scores together before considering.

In the next month? Hmmm….he would have to do very well early on in the VFL. A lot of talent but yet to play at AFL level….might get a run though, …it will depend on form in the VFL….I suspect they want to blood him this year.

He'll play this year (if he doesn't get injured). Tough call within the next month though. But he will play soon, even if he doesn't blow us away, I think regardless they want to get games into him asap.

500k and averages around 100. Better options IMO. But heck if they are all taken why not. Don't expect to see him at full potential for a month at least.

I wouldn't go there, I've still got him, it's the only reason he may stay at D10. I wouldn't bring him in for it.
Having said that he was 'managed' last week, if he comes straight back into the seniors that may tell you something.
