Buddy with 6 touches, 0.1 in tonight's NAB match. Swans missing their usual midfield, and scrappy conditions obviously not helping.

Ended up switching over to Adelaide United vs Wellington Phoenix. Cracker of a game!

Been watching the cricket - Pakistan help Afghanistan fix a match in Asia.:p

You'll live without understanding. Move along.
If Amstaff's (a well known bay 13 troll) comment on the Adelaide board elicits comments from Adelaide posters worthy of being deleted, wouldn't it make sense to get rid of the incendiary comment to begin with?

Seriously? This is your response to a legitimate question from an Adelaide board member to an obvious troll?

He actually PM and explained it to me.:thumbsu:

Yep, watched the whole game.

United were awesome, the Swans/Eagles game looked like an absolute stinker.

If I wasnt betting on the game, I wouldnt have even turned it on. It was painful.

I am not sure what they got out of that kind of clash. Skills were deplorable. Buddy goalless.

See, this is why you only bet on things that you care about. Had $10 on AU to win 4-0. I was happy for about 10 minutes...

There's a fine balance between deleting posts like that, and leaving a public warning for it not to occur again in the future.

So, back to Buddy. Wet conditions or not, preseason game or not, 0 goals and 1 behind and 32 fantasy points is not what the Sydney faithful wanted from their 10 million dollar man. I hope this becomes a decision Sydney regret.

I want it to be the gift that keeps giving.

Where their squad is ***** and pillaged!!! I hope we and others can pick off the players in that squad that should be on $300-$400k but have to take pay cuts because of Buddy and Kurt.:thumbsu:

More to the point, I'm hoping when Kurt's next contract comes up for renewal, he might see the lack of dollars and suddenly become "homesick"... Congratulations to West Coast on signing up Kurt!

Selwood playing his first game tomorrow for Cats, I was hoping he may miss the R1 game.
Whilst I do agree, it'd be nice to have any advantage to winning, I would prefer us to beat any team at full strength. If we're to be a premiership threat, we cannot go by hoping that "Player X" is injured that week.

I reckon Kurts head would have been massive in 2013 with his salary, only to be deflated by Buddy's in 2014. I know and have seen people this rich, after a while it is the power that they want in the end.

Look I agree we need to beat full strength teams regardless. But while our team has taken a hit, I do hope that players miss our game thats for sure.

When we have Tex back along with BC which is realistic, then I up for us playing their best team.:thumbsu:

Know a guy via my soccer club who had $10 on 4-1 (@ $31).
He hated injury time.

If Kurt was solely interested in money he'd have stayed in Adelaide.
He wanted a lower profile too and didn't that turn out well for him too?

I played safe and went $10 with draw a no bet, think I was happy the whole game.
Even happier I now have a free $5 bet to get exotic with.

Thankful that the AFC never pursued Scott Gumbleton, as opposed to some of our supporters who were keen, again struck down with injuries [4 -6 weeks minimum with hamstring issues yet again] even before the season proper has started, no doubt has the ability but a body that will just not stand up to the rigours of AFL.
