Tucker built like Walsh - Delist
This is what I fear. I hate the FOMO mentality. It is apparently why we went for Bootsma. And whilst I don't mind the kid, why we went for Boekhorst.Except, perhaps, if we think Adelaide won't take Curnow at #9, but will take McKay
#19 will probably be best available slider, but there are so many options of what could be available. Tucker is a classy player and if best available we should absolutely take him. Should be an upgrade on Walsh, and may become a Yarran replacement.Tuckers a runner.......Walsh more of a walker.
Different beasts altogether and should we be lucky enough for Tucker to still be there #19...............we take him.

Ahhh but your forgot the Wallace effect.Worked terribly for Hawthorn taking Roughhead early ahead of Franklin...
I know I am repeating myself, but Hibberd at Pick 19 would make me very happy
Don't mind him when he's up and going, but his durability is questionable. Although he's only 19, between ACLs and Shoulders, he's already nearly had as much reconstructive surgery as Michael Jackson. Having said that, the knee is supposed to be very good now....if you believe the mail.I know I am repeating myself, but Hibberd at Pick 19 would make me very happy
Wouldn't surprise me if we take McKay at 8 and Tucker at 11
Uggh good god no - shut up shop if that happens, way to waste our biggest chance at setting this rebuild up right.Wouldn't be to disappointed with Rioli at 19
Would he ectstatic - but can't see him lasting that longI know I am repeating myself, but Hibberd at Pick 19 would make me very happy
Hibberd strikes me as a jack of all trades, master of none. I may be wrong. He can run & uses the ball well but I haven't seen him anything from him that makes me think he could be exceptional?
Meh, I haven't read anything of substance here that makes me want to change my wishlist . Apart from Schache, Hipwood & Curnow coming in an extremely distant 3rd, I think most of the KPFs in this years draft are just as wildly over-rated as many of the mids. For example, Harry McKay averages 9 possessions per game at 51% disposal efficiency at TAC Cup Level. So 4.5 effective disposals per game at U18 level...how will he go in open company???
I'm happy to stick with Weitering, Collins, Bonner, Clarke & SOSOS, who I think all have the potential to be 200 game players, don't have massive injury concerns clouding their futures and, apart from SOSOS, should all be able to play some senior football this year.
One that might be good at long odds with our last pick could be Harry Thompson. 195cm 95kg KPF with strong hands, good speed/endurance, averages 13.5 disposals a game at 72% efficiency. Has anyone here seen him live???

Explains Levi's kicking. You don't select a KPF based on their disposal efficiency...
Would be very happy with that haul.
I dare say we'd have a pretty good idea of who the teams in front of us are selecting. Cannot wait for tomorrow night though.with us adelaide melbourne essendon & melbourne all having two picks between 3 & 13 it makes it a bit of a game of poker as much as anything. will be very interesting
Watch his draft video. A lot to work with. His output will increase when he gets into an AFL environment. Let's remember he's 8 days from being in next years draft which he would be a touted #1 pick.Meh, I haven't read anything of substance here that makes me want to change my wishlist .
