This guy is thick ......makes some of the most ill-informed statements EVER

1. Was going to lead a sit-down strike due to the catastrophic consequences of capping interchanges a couple of years ago

BTW .....he also decried interchanges initially saying players wanted to play ....not interchange

So einstein which is your true position?

And now the latest

Jobe Watson to stay on as Essendon captain in 2016, Dyson Heppell named vice-captain
December 18, 20152:42pm
LAUREN WOODHerald Sun

A SOLO overseas sojourn helped Jobe Watson rediscover his passion for the game
and leading the Bombers, with the 30-year-old announced as captain for a seventh straight season.

“I spent some time away by myself overseas and had a long think about what I wanted out of footy and my role at the football club,” he said.

“Over there, I decided that I was still passionate about playing and still had the urge to lead and was excited about leading this team and this club.

“In my mind, once it was ratified that my teammates felt that I was the right person to do it, I knew I still had the passion for the role.”

Ok so 3-4 weeks watching sport reinvigorates your passion to lead BUT ONLY if your ratified by team mates .......otherwise the statement would have been " last year wore me out and it's time to concentrate solely on playing footy"

Hate amateur politicians

Meh he takes the game on I can handle a few mistakes, like to see him further up the ground from time to time.
His clangers always seem to be game killers though. You've got to admit that was a shocking waste of 2 top 10 picks. Imagine if you used them wisely.

Is theirs Andrew Moore, or Ben Newton?
More telling is they wanted to trade away their vice captain for a 1st rounder... But he refused to leave - yet ;)

Irrelevant once Wada have their way as passion is likely to hit an all-time low.;)

Gives me great enjoyment watching as an opposition supporter. :)

Just never know what you will get like the old freo footy when they had the Prince kicking out from defence...

Pittard was pick 16. Butcher and Moore went at 8 and 9. In our defence, with a few notable exceptions (Talia being one of them) 2009 was a pretty shitty draft.
We did ok drafting gunston too... Till he walked out... But effectively turned into Jenkins, grigg & half of menzel.
