What are the rules on us paying Richmond 100k per year to inflate Casboults contract and get band 3 or even band 2 over the line. Assume there is some way to block it but SOS is a smart man.

It'd be no different to how they paid 70% of Deledio's contract to get GWS' first round pick.
Not a fan of breaking the rules but happy to play on the edge if it gives us an advantage (no peptides).

If Levi is gone, I really hope we are thinking about maybe having a chat to Ben Brown.

No need to worry, at 27, Levi is in the peak of his career and further to his lack of mental fortitude, he remains a liability when the ball hits the ground.
At 28 next season, he won't be any better. I could not care less if he kicked 50 goals next season (won't happen anyways).
We need more young talent.

Most def, it will be the same week so fresh in the memory. Since we are near the bottom I'm fairly confident we will get a 2nd rounder one way or another.
