I would definitely delist/retire

Then a number are dependant upon trades/draft picks

I would trade Gibbs for a first rounder and change and let Levi go for anything that nets us a pick under 40.

Hopper or Kelly then Cerra Dow or Rayner at Pick 2 or 3 is a good start.

Going to still be another 3/4 years before we impact the finals

If they are being delisted straight up not being considered as trade bait, rip the band aid off and do it immediately.

It is not the time to stuff around with it. If one or two are being held onto dependant on trades okay but if the papers are stamped out they go Monday.

Give up 3 for Kelly if he's on the move and still retain a top 10 pick for the draft

Let Levi go and bank whatever pick we get

2 mid/late second rounders to try and pick some rough diamonds

If Kelly stays try Hopper and another GWS kid and hit draft

Doesn't seem to be much seperating Dow, Cerra & LDU in most write ups i've seen in terms of ratings.
The fact we already have a few smallish mids like Fisher, SPS and Murphy makes me inclined to pick the bigger, ball winning type player who also has nice skills like LDU or Dow.

According to Twomey LDU and Cerra are about the same size.

Unfortunately we aren't in a position to hold many spots, time might have run out on him completely.


We don't need defenders we need more and more mids so he may lose his spot to fill that need, as wil JGM.

Believe me I am not emotional about players. If I could I'd get rid of 15 players or even more I would but we can't do them all at once. IMO he is one of a number of players that may get a one year deal purely because we can't bring enough players in. If he goes I certainly won't be fussed.

The only thing saving Palmer and Smedts are the alleged contracts they are on for 2018

That's the thing.....shallow draft pool and no second rounder.

If Gibbs and Cas stays I don't know where the picks come from.....unless we start swapping futures for current picks for this draft
