Position 2017 Midfielders

Both have burnt so much over the last few years but both can go 120+

Rocky is cheap but so is Beams.
I think you can only go for one of them not both and ATM Beams allows me an extra premo defender.

Did you see the article on the AFL site. Fagan is loving him up discussing captaincy saying he has been very, very good. Pre season standout floating around in it as well.

Been in NZ the last week and a bit so have missed most of the pre season fluff so far, sounds promising though.

I've got both atm, no issue with two from the same team on the same line (got Pendles/Treloar too, have Danger and will get Selwood again) but when both of them have shocking history I can see why people will avoid.
The possitive out of this is that there is a 100% chance that I will NOT have Rich in my team again

I'm gonna get sucked into picking Rocky again.
No doubts on his scoring prowess but he's just so damn fragile.
His first 4 + last 3 games are all solid chances at going massive.
Is another C option, preferable bye, might start as a bit of a POD...

It just ain't fantasy footy if you don't get burnt by Rocky at least once in a season! Locked and loaded!

Either Bont or Beams.

I'd personally be flicking Beams. I'm not starting him this season (am the Bont). There's a risk that he will break down early in the season for very little cash generation and you might get stuck in no mans land at an awkward price. I wouldn't be surprised if Brisbane ease him through the season. He himself has mentioned it'll be something he manages for the rest of his career.

Shame, love the bloke but just can't be starting him.

Yeo defied all logic and regressed in a big way - not just in terms of SC scores. In 2015 when he played midfield he was "the new Fyfe". In 2016 he played more midfield and was hapless (and that's on the rare occasions when he actually got the ball). Hard to understand from a footy perspective. Was he injured or something?

I make it 106.3 with, 100.72 without (2013-2016, incl finals - 64 with, 29 without).
Will recheck and see if i did something wrong later.

Yeah come to think of it I recall when I watched him (I had the f$%# too) that he had the uncanny knack of being near the ball often but rarely getting his hands on it. He was like the anti Rockliff. Was absolutely infuriating.

He is a lock for me again this year. Well worth the risk. Hoping he goes back to his best

Personally I would get rid of Beams
His injury is something he has to manage for the rest of his career. I can see Brisbane easing him back in. In saying that if he smashes it in the pre season games and at his reduced price he could be worth the risk. A Risk I am not willing to take

Swap pendles for Treloar and I have the same 5 mids. I'm finding it hard to take any of those guys out.
Beams if fit is hard to not pick IMO.

He didn't start training until February and played the first 6 weeks as a forward. After that he averaged 116.

Here´s a fuller overview of what I got. Had a quick look to see if wins vs losses might confound, based on superficial review, doesn't seem to in any big way.
Mitchell only one game sans Hanners, so not much to be gleaned there. Don´t think that was your focus anyway, though.
