Nope. There is some talent there and they play a well structured organised brand of footy.

Probably wont win tonight or even play a final this year. But they are building.

I don't think one nominated ruckman should be pinged for blocking the other nominated ruckman. Now that there is no third man up, it's a 1v1 contest. If one ruckman is strong enough to hold the other out, too bad, get stronger.

Why wasn't Longer able to stand where he was? He was facing his goals and had allowed himself a bit of space for a run up. It was only a 'block' because Mumford ran from the wrong side. There's a line in the middle of the ground to stop players doing that. Around the ground you're not allowed a run up suddenly?

Why not always position yourself behind the opposition ruckman and just plow into the back of them

2016 Laird had 40 inside 50's. Brown had 37.
