Monocle thoughts on the housing market?
Should I back my place in to improve in this economy or go to the draft?
Also, thoughts on Wembley as a bullocking inside suburb? Thinking about using my second but i think it has the potential to be A grade.
Monocle
Thoughts on Mitch Crowden for one of our late picks?
Like the look of him, watched him through the carnival didn't do much wrong?
Dark Sharks it would be greatly appreciated if you refrained from buying anywhere in the Western Suburbs, whilst Wembley is on the periphery of the Golden Triangle its just too close for comfort.
I consulted REIWA and they anticipated that if news of your good self buying and living in Wembley got out and was made public, then the financial consequences would trigger a drop in the real estate vales in the area by 12% - 15 %.
So as someone who has several properties in the area I plead with you to stay away.
Suggest you stay where you are and back the economy to eventually come good.
So in short please stay the **** away from the Western Suburbs.![]()
He looks like he has a burst of pace, knows where to be to get the ball, disposes well with hand and foot to advantage, can take an overhead mark, has awareness, can shrug a tackle and has a fair bit of toughness about him. Why wouldn't we use our second pick on him? Would he really last until ~48?I am a fan all be it for a late pick, his stature doesn't worry me as he is such a nuggety bullocking bustling player.
Things happen when he is around the ball. I like the left foot passes as well.
Has played well at Sturt and I expect that a Club will roll the dice with him with a late pick , he is as hard as a cats head and is a footballer's footballer.
don't worrk about dark sharks. He actually has a positive impact on all us with his humour and its stops us going insane. This is cute, satire and all.
I apologise for using a public forum to get input from someone who has answered my queries previously.

Mickey I think there will be some better players available for us with our second so IMO it would be quite a reach for him with our second round pick.
Would he last till 48???? I think he will.
Agree with you 100% of the toughness and he has a bit of agro about him as well and thats a trait that our list is short on ..... and by some margin.
haha Footscray"Stay off the west side"

If they move Gaff on it'll be part as a move to get Kelly I would have thought.
It would be a dramatic move for us so big plans would be involved.
I'd say Kelly is like Gaff but can kick when fatigued. We paid pick 4 for Gaff when we recruited him. As an All Australian, he has honoured the standard of that pick. If we were to trade him, we would need to get a player at least as good as that in return.
What do you mean he refused to be moved back paran? Do you mean into defence? Never complained about it at Swans. He refused to move to Perth for development, yes. Actually he initially agreed and then told Suma he wasn't moving.
Carlton were close to giving him a second go. When he was younger he didn't get the attack on the ball thing. Now he does.
Dylan Main was in a similar boat but he is really starting to get it this year. Reckon he'd be worth more on the list than Tunbridge, dor example.
Masten would be a great get for a rebuilding club like GC, with his renowned work ethic at training. He's fallen behind a few in our squad this year and would get more opportunity in the seniors there. Potential win for all involved if they would part with a late second or early third.
masten is a pure outside runner tho.Wouldn't be surprised if we were interested IF Gibbs left.
What's he worth? He got dropped right? I wouldn't have thought it'd be much considering.
Your third would get it done mate.Wouldn't be surprised if we were interested IF Gibbs left.
