now this is a pointless exercise as its not a choice between Gaff and Dal (you would take dal every day of the week) but it highlights that Dal was critisised of not being hard enough at the contest and not being damagining enough to be in the upper levels of great players these stats show Gaff is even less of a physical player and even less damaging ... Gaff runs all day thats about it
ill say it again Gaff is a good player but really i would at a maximum give up pick 8 for him (and thats at a push) to give up a player we want and that pick or that pick and another pick i would rather pass

Gaff's tackle numbers are frankly embarrassing. Career average of 1.8 per game for a full time mid. WTF??

I know there are a lot of issues at the Dogs, but no idea what they all are specifically, only heard bits and pieces here and there. I thought what I heard about their Grand Final afterparty was a concern, but thought **** it they just won the flag, good on 'em. Sounds like a few players picked up some bad habits after last September though. Not many people outside the club would know exactly what's going on. Seems like their issues could be a lot worse than most people seem to have thought though. Pure speculation until we hear actual facts of course.
