Crow Baby membership packs are good this year. They get a beanie, little scarf, bowl and spoon. So much better than before. It's funny though the Crow Baby pack arrived but my Gold Victorian membership hasn't yet.

Well, the AFL still needs to decide if little AC and me count as a 1/2 dog, 2/3 of a Koala (BEAR damnit!), or 4/5 of a Kangaroo

Only 3 clubs promote running tallies on their website - Port, Essendon, Geelong


I didn't delve any deeper than clubs front page, so others could also have tallies elsewhere.

Ta. I had a look at Lions & Carlton's membership website, and they have tallies as well. It's the same template as our membership website, so odd that we aren't showing it. (WB, WCE & Saints aren't showing either)

It's pretty unimportant though - members would still be deciding to renew. Didn't ours close December 4?

If there is a more meaningless stat than this one I would like to know what it is.

IF all the clubs figures were published as FTE (11 game members) then it would be a bit better to compare but even then clubs charge different amounts for 11 game membership.

I think we have the most 11 game membership (costing a lot more) compare this to Port where their business model has them pushing 3 game membership.

It would take 5 of those memberships for Port to get the same $$ as the Crows with one of our 11 game members.

Income from membership would be the more interesting figure for the clubs to put up.

True i know for a fact we have the most 11 game members of any club in the AFL, along with collingwood going off last years financial report we have one of the highest revenue of membership income. The financial report for this year will be interesting to see.

Just got an email saying that any members polo ordered after Oct 24 would arrive in late Jan 2018 due to high demand. Ordered mine on Oct 27. Great... so it takes 3 months to get a t shirt, that arrives when summer is more than half over? Money well spent

But my tracking email had it down as dispatched up until yesterday and today says in transit. ETA was the 12th so its already 2 days late. Maybe tomorrow

Are essential crow memberships any good?

Absolutely!

First - unreserved prime seating. Means you don't have to sit around the same people week-in week-out, and you can sit in a different spot each game.

Second - you can buy guest passes into the AFL Reserve at the MCG (use to be reciprocal, but the AFL canned it).

Third - Free entry into SANFL Finals, and State Games (though that will be a purely SANFL v WAFL thing now the VFL have chickened out after losing to the WAFL in Victoria for the first time last year).

I checked the online tracker and it still says "Pending transfer of data" on mine, so lord knows what that means. I got sent the email on the 3rd and it said it'd take 7-14 days to get it, so it's on the longer side of the delivery schedule.

Its arrived. A blue hat. I havent seen it yet but my wife tells me the scarf looks nice and thick.

Got mine today. A hat, a scarf, fridge calender, pin, pen, lanyard, of course the membership card and a shocking yellow tote.

The quality of scarf and hat is pretty darn good. Hat a lot better quality than in the past.
