Parker not only looks very quick but also has good height for someone with that sort of speed.

Only made his WAFL debut late in 2017 so I suspect we see a lot more upside and growth in his game.

IMO i think the club has done a reasonable job , Bytel looks a steel if he can get himself right , Parker could be a real sleeper , could be one of those kids that took a while to grow up and mature , bit like myself . The other Two im not so keen on , maybe the Port kid is my pick of the Two , The Ex bomber just looks like a headless chook
And of course Big Max , Yes im warming to him very quickly but not in the same way as Trav with Blake , then Ben in two years , looking so much better Saints

When Gallagher mentioned the need for speed in the forward half, based the selections he was true to his word.
Mature agers and the immediate impact they could bring is as exciting as the prospect of the highly talented TAC kids.

Don't love the fact that 3/5 draftees are mature age, but welcome to the guys nonetheless!

According to Lethers we have the second youngest team already and took two kids. Hence the mature agers as well.

I think we're pretty well stocked for third talls. We have Carlisle, Austin and Brown to take genuine key forwards and Roberton, Webster, White, Coffield, Clavarino and I guess Joyce capable of taking the third tall types. Austin can also cover them. Hopefully Clav is capable of taking a key forward pretty soon as well

Fairly happy with how the day went.

Bytel was the best slider and if his underage year is anything to go by he could be anything.

Really happy with the Hind selection. Could fit straight into our 22 on a wing I think and finally give us the break away speed we are desperate for.

Young looks a good prospect. I like that he has speed but is also a real campaigner.

Only pick I'm a bit iffy about is Parker. I reckon there were some really good kids still available around that pick. Hopefully he proves me wrong.
