Richmond wont finish top 4 again and Dusty wont play like that all year.
Yeah it says a lot that Dusty "only" averaged around 120 playing like that. Overpriced for mine.

As for Danger, while he'll cost a hefty penny, he's been averaging over 130 for the last two seasons. He's that far ahead of the pack that even with regression he'll still be the #1 SuperCoach player. Can't see an argument why he shouldn't start unless he plays more forward (and even then he could easily dominate up there).

Gary is the only reason he might suffer a drop in his average.

Geelong picked up a couple of ready made mids too.

Fyfe will be "reasonably" priced
Danger and Dusty thru the roof tho

Fyfes' last 8 games saw him finish the 5th highest priced player for the year. Will cost you imo. Averaged 126 over the last eight rounds take out the 93 averaged 130.

Thankfully they price them at their yearly average and not what that ended up on, hence why Fyfe priced at 108.8 is unders.

Which is still vastly higher than his overall average of 108 :p

Some risk there but as long as he's fit he should average 120+.

Is that fact? My memory's' shite but pretty sure he will get a loading based on that finish? Hope your right fwiw.

Probably won't start with Dusty, but Dangerfield is a lock.
Agree Danger a lock. I’d like Dusty to but I’ll see how that works out.

The old he’s too expensive thing with Danger doesn’t work. I remember last year people said that. And even people in GAJ prime saying it and getting burnt.

Not only are you paying for the top scorer, you're paying for your captain too. Worth every cent.

Bont and Treloar burnt me last year. I’m doubtful on them this year. Particularly Treloar. But they’re both likely to come good again.

Petracca an interesting prospect next year. Averaged 79 and as a forward will be tempting if he looking like breaking out.

Do u see him getting lots more mid time?

Great list

I'll still consider The Chad tho

Worth every cent

Had Danger, Martin, Kelly and Fyfe from the start last year. Fyfe was patchy early but brought it home. Going to start with them again. Hopefully can save the coin with no Docherty and some cheaper rucks in Gawn/Nicnat/Lobb etc.

Was actually thinking Gawn Nicnat in the rucks with cheapest r/f on the bench. And Lobb up forward assuming he get r/f

I think he may. However in general I can see him having a bigger impact on the games. Therefore higher scores. Predicting he’ll average around 95. Even more. Although I’m not saying I’ll be picking him. Wait and see pre season and role.

Out of Geelong's picks, I do like L. Fogarty but think there'll be better rookies out there.

Constable & Miers I wouldn't touch in SuperCoach either.

I'm not going to call him a lock yet, but watch Tim Kelly's JLT series very closely. Mature-age (23) midfielder who finished runner up in the Sandover Medal. Remember how well Menegola went for Geelong & Supercoach when being a mature age recruit from the WAFL? Apparently is a Daniel Wells type midfielder, so hopefully he is that silky just without all the injuries. Watch this space.
Absolute lock. Will be staggered if he's fit and in the VFL side Round 1.
Kelly will be in to provide some pace to the side, and is instantly an upgrade on Murdoch.

You and 50% of SCers

95, wow

I'd be very surprised. Just can't see him getting the mid minutes reqd

Yeh, yearly average and then they add discounts (or lack of). Fyfe was priced at 105 this year off 5 games in 2016, no discount offered (think there technically should have been a 10% on 5 games but they didn't give it to him) so given he'll be more expensive in 2018, I doubt they'd penalise him.

Anyone with a heartbeat is an upgrade on Murdoch.
