He played both JLT games?? Why would he have played both if they didn't think he was best 22? Nothing wrong with gambling on one or two players at this time of the year. If he's in their round one team he'll be in mine too.I wouldn’t be confident on Ellis at all, he’s not even best 22.

I think hes best 24 just not quiet 22 pending form hes knocking on the door they bring basher for rd one.He played both JLT games?? Why would he have played both if they didn't think he was best 22? No danger no Hurn. All you folks with teams that don't have Dangerfield in them disgust me
Gone Dangerless. $120k remaining. Defenders, Rucks, Forwards are. RD 1 selections are the only thing that could change that.
Brown is my DPP loophole for mainly the first few rounds until I get Danger in.
I'm aiming to get Danger in by the latest, RD 6.
With Danger, Ablett out RD 1, and I hear Menegola not 100%. Selwood should have a massive game in RD 1, hoping 150+.
Danger could either come back RD 2 or RD 3. Either way, i believe he won't be at his 130+ level, and will spend more time forward, leaving Selwood to be the main player in the mids. This will mean Danger averages more likely around ~110. He will drop in price over the next few weeks, leading up to RD 5-6, where he will bottom out at around $630k.
By then, Selwood being the one of the main scorers for the cats over the first few rounds, should have gone up to at least $600k, hopefully $630k. I could then basically side-trade Selwood -> Danger.
If this doesn't happen and Danger stays at around 700k, then I will just cash out am under performing rookie and upgrade Selwood.
Either option, should allow me to grab Danger by RD 6.
My only problem with this is if Danger IS back by RD 3, Geelong play West Coast, and West Coast have no midfield, meaning Danger could possibly go 200+, which would probably screw up mine and everyone elses plans.

Ew can you not have the same team as me...Post JLT, don't think I'll be messing with this too much now until teams are named.
Danger will probably get named for round one, and even if he does end up playing I can't see him averaging the 140 he needs to not crash in price while he's not 100%, should be interesting none the less.
41k left over.
Laird and Hibberd stills
Wet Toast suck now and FatBoi McG is gonna eat up all the intercept clunkers, especially if Simpson persists with using Yeo as a mid.
Vlastuin takes clunkers and kicks a lot, finished of last year well (92 over 10 games, including finals) and averaged 87 in the JLT in games where the ball hardly went into the backline.
Some very handsome rookies on this line too.
Dusty even more so a lock with the regular PermaCaptain now dead.
TMitch is back in, good points, low variance, safe C pick if Dusty/Fyfe/Gawn have a stinker, good bye round.
OliPig was my first pick in draft so i've gotta back him in regular too.
The Knife is still the biggest lock of the year.
Cripps didn't hurt himself in the JLT so he's still a lock.
Was very keen on Kruezer, but his little ankle scare has spooked me, I'm just gonna back Ryder from the get go and pray that Cameron gets a game round 10.
Gawn is still the second biggest lock of the year.
Starting without Heeney is a bit of a POD in itself isn't it? He's owned by over a 1/3rd of the comp, think he might start slow, but that's just a gut feel.
Billings is the only Saints player worth picking, if he learns to kick straight he becomes a top 6 premo no worries.
Had to dump Starlow as it seems he's not in Stewy Dew's plans, welcome McLean, looks like he'll be the Doggy to benefit the most from his mid time.
Wasn't super impressed with Smith, but forwards are pretty slim and he's still a value pick.
BIG SIS is aWhat a beautiful campaigner.

The old 1-0-7 approach down back I see?

Exact same midfield as me, bar 1

DEF looks good .....but i think it goes without saying, and i'm sure you're thinking same re D4 - D6![]()
Well for one they have extended benches, and JLT are practice matches. He played both JLT games?? Why would he have played both if they didn't think he was best 22? Nothing wrong with gambling on one or two players at this time of the year. If he's in their round one team he'll be in mine too.
I'd be very happy to start the season with this sidePost-JLT/No Danger v.2

Forwards are terrible, if I am going to save $100k by ditching Dangerfield then I am going to go Menengola/Franklin at F1 and see what happens.
You may be right but if we all picked the same sides then this would be extremely boring wouldn't it? The upside is that the tigers play the first match of the round so I'll know early on whether I need to flick him.Well for one they have extended benches, and JLT are practice matches.
In 3 years he’s played 6, 11 and 6 games. So he’s injury prone and. Over those 3 years he’s averaged 35, 61 & 46. His highest ever score is 95. He won’t be one of the top defenders so you’re going to have to trade him out. He’s essentially a really expensive rookie. You’d need him to average 80 whilst playing EVERY game and it’s just not going to happen in my opinion. Same with Brown, over 200k on someone who has no history of scoring well and isn’t best 22 just doesn’t make sense to me.
Best of luck though!
