Looks like Worpel’s ripe for taking straight to the slaughterhouse :moustache:
The only place Worpel is going will be straight to F1 after a few weeks my friend.
In all seriousness, will be watching him very closely in the JLT. Believe he will get plenty more mid minutes, which will give him every chance to perform. Hopefully he steps up and will slot nicely in to my F4 to start the year...

Obviously tongue in cheek in regards to F1. But as I said, will watch his JLT form(Like many other players) to see where his at and his output etc. Could quite easily go a cookie cutter side but I like running my own race. That way there’s no one else to blame but me when I go kent up:eek:

Love that people are getting sucked in by all these PODs and breakout players hahaha. Not me kents. 300 times bitten twice shy.

20% ownership + great scoring history or gtfo.

That’s the best path ..... listen to all the comments and feedback, do your own analysis .... then live or die on your own decisions and gut feel ;)

We are meant to be selling hope here, to grow the Forums participation ..... you and i know it’s a one way street to hell, but others may feel false optimism

Haha in all seriousness I agree he’s a good pick but my F4 breakout contender is already Parfitt so don’t have any room for the Worpedo. Wouldn’t surprise me if he does well though!

Better.

I see a lot of love for Heeney, I know he's a gun, but even with Hanners leaving will he really move midfield?

Sydney lack firepower up forward massively, they looked inept in their final last year, and even with Buddy back he'll need some support.
What's got everyone so excited that he's going to increase?

Maybe I'm a little put out by his end to last year where he struggled and seemed to do some run-with roles.
Hopefully that goes to Hewett more.

Have I missed some news that he's "set to spend more time in midfield"?

This bloke does some SC analysis via the blog linked to his Twitter handle / tweets.
Maybe of interest to some. Has looked at topliner and midpriced fwds.
Basically a ranking system, not so much looking into advanced analytics:

Good analysis, goes someway to answering my question of why Heeney is in a lot of teams.
He's simply a gun :)

Think just the first uninterrupted preseason, slight increase in midfield opportunities, arguably slight value with the 18(?) off the concussion, consistency make him low risk as a pick. And if he doesn't go well, he'll be widely held so not much downside.
